Karlen-Elecom and its subsidiary have agreed to acquire a prime piece of real estate in the Edmonton area.

The 1.5 Acres of land and building stands on its own island located at the corner of one of Edmonton’s busiest streets of Yellowhead Trail and 97th Street. It has an estimated count of around 130,000 cars passing by each day.

Currently it is occupied by Alberta Cycle which is in the business of power motorsports. They are a fixture in the Edmonton economy since 1927. We are excited about them becoming a future tenant and look forward to a partnership together that will make them the number one supplier of motorcycles, off-roads, snowmobile, boats and scooters.
